Agnolotti stuffed with corn, basil, and asparagus in a lemon-cream sauce, kale salad
Agnolotti are stuffed pasta squares slightly smaller than ravioli. Our version this week will contain a fresh local corn, asparagus, and basil filling, finished in a light cream sauce accented with lemon. Summer in a pasta bowl.
