We start with a local pork belly, brine it in spices and brown sugar, then smoke it right on Franklin St. Sweet, smoky, flavorful and delicious.
This belly will be ready on August 12th and afterwards.
$3.75 for a quarter pound chunk
$4 for 1/4 pound sliced
$15 will get you a pound. We can put it on the slicer for you and vacuum seal it for freezing also.
