Saturday Pizza - Wood Fired Pizza - Smoked Mushroom, pesto, pecorino, and egg yolk (VEG)
A 9 inch pizza of slowly fermented dough baked in our screaming hot wood fired oven, topped with housemade pesto, smoked mushrooms, and finished with a still runny and warm egg yolk.
Order now for Saturday pick up between 5 and 7pm.
Plan on eating it quickly. We won't bake it till you arrive to pick up, so that it is absolutely hot and delicious for you. It should take about 2-3 minutes to prepare. 5 minutes tops. Maybe six.
