Molasses glazed NC HAM: Preorder for Easter, pick up Tuesday 3/30
$16 per pound - we cut them into the sizes ordered after we've cured them. This is for ham in one piece.
When you add more pounds below remember that you are adding to one pound already.
We take a lovely local fresh pork leg, brine it in molasses, salt, and spices, then smoke it slowly and glaze it with more molasses and dry mustard. Beautifully pink, tender, smoky. Delicious heated for serving on a dinner plate, or slicing thin for sandwiches and biscuits.
Order In advance for pick up during Holy Week. Ham will be available for pick up 3/30.
Big Belly Que will close for Easter from 3/31-4/6, reopening Wednesday 4/7.
