​​Come taste our smoky butts and juicy breasts. 

 Several nearby farms supply us with pork shoulders for our bbq from their heritage breed pastured pigs, who lead happy lives rooting around for acorns and such in the countryside. Double Nut Farms brings us pork for our housemade spicy sausages. 
​ Big Belly Que is dedicated to smoking over wood, and wood only.  We smoke butts,  turkey breasts, chickens, and homemade sausages every day,  from local animals. We don't use any propane or wood pellets. The predominant flavor of our meats is their own flavor and smoke.  This is a more delicious taste than meat cooked on propane.  We use fresh local vegetables, eggs, and dairy whenever we can because we value supporting our community of farmers, and cherish their superior products.

In addition to delicious meats, Big Belly offers  slow cooked fresh greens, two kinds of coleslaw,  and seasonal vegetable offerings. Our mac n cheese is a freshly made, superior dish of aged cheddar cheese, fontina, and heavy cream.  Eleanor bakes all the desserts, which include fruit cobblers (with a cookie-like cornmeal crust), big gooey cookies and bars, and a signature slightly spiced honey caramel corn (GF).  Grab a fresh-brewed sweet tea, lemonade,  or a Mexican Coke.
