We usually have our brined, smoked, and molasses glazed ham available, either sliced or in a chunk for serving at dinner. Email us for larger pieces.
There is the tender, moist smoked turkey that makes our sandwiches so delicious - ready to make your own sandwiches more wonderful.
And get some of our BACON: bellies from local Duroc pigs, cured in spices and sugar, then smoked to perfection. We'll slice it for you.
Try a bottle of one of our housemade hot sauces, or a pint of okra pickles we put up at the end of the summer, or the blood orange marmalade from the winter....or the pimiento cheese we make from housemade mayo, aged cheddar, and bell peppers we roast slowly in the smoker. We put a lot of care into these foods, and hope you will enjoy them at home.

We start with a local pork belly from heritage breed pigs (Duroc) brine it in spices and brown sugar, then smoke it right on Franklin St. Sweet, smoky, flavorful and delicious.

Pound of Chopped Pork BBQ

One tidy pound of freshly chopped wood smoked pork shoulder, seasoned lightly with pepper vinegar. Serves 3-4
Blood Orange Marmalade
We made this back in the winter when blood oranges were in season. Because it's marmalade - full of sugar - it's of course still delicious. With biscuits or toast, with cheese plates.

Take home some pimiento cheese for sandwiches, burgers, snacks, appetizers. We make our own mayo fresh from local eggs, roast local peppers over our wood fire, and mix them up with freshly grated extra sharp cheddar and our house made hot sauce. Very delicious.

Riastrad is the Gaelic word for the "warp spasm" that the great Irish hero Cuchulain goes into that transforms him into a fighting machine. Yep.
It's a combination of Scotch Bonnets and carrots and spices.

Our okra pickles are mildly spicy and very flavorful from mustard seeds, peppercorns, and garlic. Delicious eaten with our smoked ham, or in a spicy bloody mary.
